Start your mornings and end your evenings on the private lanai, where you can watch the sun dip below the horizon, spot rainbows, and even catch glimpses of Molokai in the distance. The beautiful mango wood lanai table is perfectly positioned for whale watching during the season—there’s always something magical to see.
Take a short stroll down to the nearby turtle beach to watch sea turtles basking in the sun, or grab the provided snorkel gear and head to Airport Beach to see them gliding through the water. Beach chairs, toys, towels, and ice chests are all included—be sure to check the lanai storage chest before heading out.
When it’s time to dine, enjoy Maui’s incredible local restaurants just minutes away, or stay in and cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find everything you need, from pots and pans to utensils, plus community barbecues where you can grill, relax at sunset, and connect with fellow guests.
Inside, the condo is designed for comfort. Enjoy cool trade winds or relax with newly installed air conditioning units in every room. We had a wonderful time staying at Mahina Surf! The condo was perfect for my family of four. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the whales! The condo was just the perfect size and had everything we needed to make a few meals if we wanted too. Other reviews mentioned you could hear the neighbors next door but we didn’t notice that at all. The lack of air con wasn’t an issue either. If I had to chose something that could be improved was the shower heads. Both the upstairs and downstairs should be replaced. But that is a very minor issue and not something that would make me not stay there again. One other “negative” would be the lack of washer/dryer in the unit. But again not a deal breaker. The good definitely outweighs the bad! We can’t wait to visit again and will probably continue to stay at Mahina Surf in the future!

Beautiful, well kept property. Nicely located in between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Everything we needed was included or nearby. We will be back!
