About this apartment rental
A studio can be exactly right when the real living room is Maui. This Kihei Akahi studio sleeps two in one bed and keeps the essentials close: air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full kitchen, a private lanai, and a washer and dryer. Across the street, Kamaole Beach Park II is there for a first swim, a sand-side sunset, or a simple walk before dinner. Two pools, a tennis court, barbecue areas, and free parking add useful choices without asking you to leave the property. South Kihei Road has restaurants and shops nearby, and Kamaole I offers another beach within walking distance. For two people who want a real kitchen, a place to wash the beach gear, and an easy path to the water, this is a smart little South Kihei base.
The Space:
This studio makes efficient use of its space for two guests, with one bed, one bath, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a full kitchen. The private lanai is a welcome outdoor extension for coffee or a quiet drink. A washer and dryer make the practical side of beach days simple, and cable TV gives the room an easy evening option.
Guest Access:
Guests at Kihei Akahi enjoy two shared pools, tennis courts, and barbecue grills on the landscaped grounds. Kamaole Beach Park II is directly across South Kihei Road, an easy walk from the complex. Elevator access and on-site parking are available.
The Neighborhood:
Kamaole II sits right across the road, so this studio favors guests who would rather walk to the water than spend the day driving. The beach is good for a swim, a sandy stroll, or catching the last light, and Kamaole I is close enough to extend the walk. South Kihei Road provides nearby food, shops, and casual evening options. Back at Kihei Akahi, the two pools, tennis court, and barbecue areas give you a few more ways to enjoy the day. It is a handy location for a two-person trip built around beach time and simple pleasures.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
Other Things to Note:
A mandatory $25. 00 check-in/resort fee will be assessed.
