Area was great, pool was nice. We were a little taken a back at the state if the apartment inside and how run down and in disrepair it was. Main burner on the stove didn't work, cabinets were falling apart and the decor was straight from the 70's, but over all it was good and served our purpose. All the surrounding restaurants were great and it was easy and secure to get in/out of. We liked it's close ness to the beach. Good if you have kids!

The property and grounds are well maintained and clean. The unit we had was also very clean and looked just like it did on the website. It is not new, but it had nice furniture, a large and comfortable queen bed , and everything worked. I would stay here again because it is reasonably priced and centrally located to all of the activities we planned for our week.

The place exceeded my expectations. The whole property is incredibly clean and well kept, including the room. Lots of useful items, and gear in the room (cooler, beach stuff, towels). Easily walkable to a lot of places, the market is right next door. Beach access is excellent. There’s even a bike/walk path that takes you from the room all the way into old Kapaa, along the beach. It’s about 2 miles, and a much nicer way to get to there than driving. Considering the price of many other places I looked at, this place delivers huge value, as far as I’m concerned.

Nice pool. Nearby shops a plus. Centrally located. Noise issues with downspout when it rained. Unit is dated but very clean. No interaction with management which implies no problems. We would stay again.
