About this house rental
A comfortable, detached home located in the central area, 150 meters from the sea.
It is very welcoming thanks to its nautical-style interiors and the exceptional freshness of the rooms.
We offer free Wi-Fi and discounts based on the length of your stay!
The house has a separate outside entrance with a hot/cold shower and space for bicycles. There is also a laundry room.
It is approximately 80 square meters in size and includes about 50 square meters of interior living space (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom) and a terrace of about 35 square meters spread over two levels: the terrace with historic railings equipped with an umbrella, chairs, a table, and lounge chairs) and a sun deck with two lounge chairs offering a pleasant view of the historic center, the church, and the sea in the distance.
Parking is available in front of or near the house and is free of charge.
The area is central and quiet (the silence is pleasantly broken only by the occasional tolling of the bells of the Church of Our Lady of Portosalvo). It is located just a few steps from Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi, in the heart of Marina di Ragusa, while the beach and the sea—both awarded the BLUE FLAG by the FEE—are just 150 meters away.
Near the house, there are various shops, a grocery store, a bakery, and restaurants. The pharmacy is less than 150 meters away.
Marina di Ragusa is ideal for its beaches with shallow waters and fine sand, as it is the most popular seaside destination in the province of Ragusa. A few minutes by car:
- The historic center of Ragusa Ibla, where you can explore the various UNESCO sites and take leisurely strolls through the local ice cream shops.
- The Baroque village of SCICLI, the setting for the TV series “Il Commissario Montalbano” and the film “ITALO”

We had a nice stay. Claudio was very helpful and kind. The terrace is beautiful and from the roofterrace we had nice view to the sea. We really recommend the house.

Nous avons passé, à quatre, un très beau séjour dans cet appartement bien agencé et fonctionnel. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour y passer d'agréables soirées en famille ou entre amis. Et la climatisation dans les chambres indispensable pour bien dormir.
L'appartement se situe à deux pas de tous les commerces (dont une boulangerie !) et de la plage. Nous en gardons tous les quatre un très bon souvenir !!! Merci Vincenzo pour ta réactivité, ton accueil et ta disponibilité.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa casa, dotata di tutti i comfort ,una splendida terrazza attrezzata e sopra una graziosa terrazza solarium per gli amanti del sole a tutte le ore come mia moglie .... Tenuta molto bene e arredata con molto gusto. A due passi dal centro e soprattutto dal mare. I proprietari ( Famiglia Coltello ) sono persone deliziose e sempre disponibili .....Consigliamo vivamente questo bellissimo appartamento ...........Un caro saluto ai Signori Coltello e alla gentilissima Signora Mamma Coltello . Bessi Dimitri e famiglia.
