The private lanai looks toward the ocean through palms, giving you a natural spot for coffee or a sunset drink. The complex also has a shared pool, hot tub, and laundry room.



Guest Access:

Your stay includes private access to the entire apartment, featuring a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony. Access to the unit is via stairs, as there is no elevator available. For your convenience, we provide an independent check in experience with an electronic lock. As our guest, you have full access to shared resort facilities, including the swimming pool, hot tub, and beautifully landscaped gardens. On site laundry facilities are also available to ensure a comfortable stay.



The Neighborhood:

Kona Bali Kai sits along Ali'i Drive on Kailua-Kona's sunny coast, close to Banyans Beach and the surf breaks that give this stretch its local energy. Magic Sands Beach Park is about a mile away, with Pāhoehoe Beach Park roughly three-quarters of a mile in the other direction from the complex. Da Poke Shack is nearby for a casual local meal, and the road leads north toward Kona town's shops, harbor, and sunset walks. Kahalu'u Beach Park is farther south for snorkeling. It is an easy base for couples and families who want to make the beach part of every day, not a special outing.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport (KOA) is about 10 to 15 minutes from Kailua Kona. A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kona Coast, although downtown shops, restaurants, and oceanfront Alii Drive may be walkable or a short drive away. Beaches, snorkeling, and groceries are nearby. Parking is generally available at properties or in nearby street and lot spaces.
