The primary suite has a king bed and a private bath with double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A queen room and a room with two twin beds share the second full bath.



Guest Access:

Guests at this Hali'i Kai ground floor condo can use the community's outdoor pool, hot tub, and gym, plus a garden lanai with outdoor seating. A private entrance and path lit at night make coming and going simple. Beach essentials are provided for easy days near the ocean.



The Neighborhood:

Hali‘i Kai sits within Waikoloa Beach Resort on the sunny Kohala Coast, where black lava fields meet fairways and wide-open Pacific views. Anaeho‘omalu Bay is nearby for a beach day or paddle, while the Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace offer dining, groceries, and an easy evening out. Resort golf is close at hand, and the oceanfront club area gives you a place to linger between plans. It is a polished, easygoing Big Island base for beach days and sunset dinners.



Getting Around:

A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kohala Coast, beaches, shopping, and dining. Within Waikoloa Beach Resort, several amenities and outings are close by, while a car makes it easy to explore the surrounding coast.



Other Things to Note:

Parking: one assigned space outside the unit, labeled 18E, across the street near the tennis court. The garage is not available for guest use. Resort fee: $25 per day, required upon check-in. This ground floor unit offers step-free access.
