This three-bedroom, three-bath Pili Mai condo sleeps six and gives a family or friends a well-planned Poipu base with central air conditioning, a full kitchen, WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and a lanai for dinner outside. The shared pool, hot tub, and on-site gym make an easy afternoon when you do not want to leave the community. Poipu Beach Park is close for sand and water time, with Kiahuna Golf Club and South Shore dining within reach. After sunset, gather in the open living space or head back out to the lanai for a little more warm air. It is an especially good match for a group that wants beach access and enough room to travel well together.

We chose this rental because it is close to where our family lives. We were also pleased that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The only issue was with the kitchen. The place sleeps six, but there were only five dinner plates. Other items were lacking - coffee cups, bowls, teaspoons. We had hoped to find some basic cooking supplies (olive oil) as we ate nearly every meal in the rental. However they only had salt and pepper. We really appreciated the plastic food containers that we used for leftovers. Some plastic wrap would have been good as well. We would stay here again.

The condo was great for adults. The location was great, the condo was tidy and quiet. The only issue was some if the communication. We were not informed of pool construction until the deadline for a full refund had passed. I reached out with a question while staying at the condo and the response was slow.

The location was ideal for exploring Poipu. Very clean and modern accomodations that were comfortable. Hot tub was a bonus

Good location. Close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Kitchen lacked utensils, full Tupperware sets and baking sheets. Size of unit was great. The washing machine smelled musty and was filthy. We couldn’t use it until cleaning tablets were provided and cleaned by us. The unit itself could’ve been cleaner and no cleaning supplies are available. This would be helpful for people staying for long periods of time. Beach equipment was adequate but lacked an umbrella which would’ve been nice for elderly guests. Parking space was too small for our vehicle so we were stuck searching for visitor parking which was an issue as one traveler was disabled. The ac was an issue as you cannot turn it below 74! The one bedroom was hot all the time and very uncomfortable. There are fans in each room but they were dirty. Gardening begins at 7 am on some days which is not ideal. The property itself is beautiful. Pool was nice and not crowded. For how much this costs, we were disappointed.
