Guest Access:
This Kailua-Kona home offers a private entrance, hot tub, and patio or balcony for relaxing outdoors, plus a BBQ grill for casual meals. A lit path leads to the door for comfortable evening arrivals, and the spacious layout suits families or remote work stays. It is a self contained home close to downtown.
The Neighborhood:
Kailua-Kona is the sunny, lively heart of the Kona Coast, where Aliʻi Drive follows the water past Kailua Bay, shops, restaurants, and historic Huliheʻe Palace. From this home, downtown and the weekly farmers market are about two minutes by car. Spend an afternoon at Kamakahonu Beach, browse the harbor, or head south to Kahaluʻu Beach Park for snorkeling. This is a drive-friendly Kona base with the town’s food, water, and sunset ritual all close by.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is about 10 to 15 minutes away, making arrival simple. A rental car is recommended so you can explore the Kona Coast at your own pace. Downtown Kailua-Kona's shops, restaurants, and oceanfront Ali'i Drive are often within walking distance or a short drive, with beaches, snorkeling spots, and grocery stores close by. Parking is generally available on site or nearby, whether street or lot.

Parking: driveway parking for two vehicles is provided. Street parking is not permitted. Smoking or vaping indoors, outdoors, or anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. This property is located in a sound-sensitive residential neighborhood; guests must be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am daily and are strictly enforced. Parties are expressly prohibited.
