About this apartment rental
Start the morning upstairs with coffee on your private lanai, then come down through the wall of windows to a view of the fairway and a day that can be beach, tennis, pool, or all three. This two-story Waikoloa Colony Villas home sleeps six in two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, with two lanais giving the group room to step outside without leaving home. Shared pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a gym give kids and adults different ways to use an afternoon. Inside, central air conditioning, a full kitchen, dining table, board games, and in-unit laundry keep the stay easy. A-Bay, Kings' Shops, Queens' Marketplace, and Waikoloa's golf courses are close. It is a natural choice for a family or friends who want both resort access and space to reset.
The Space:
Vaulted ceilings and a full wall of windows bring the golf-course view into the open living area. Step onto the lower lanai for the breeze, or take your coffee to the primary suite's private upper lanai. Two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, central air conditioning, a full kitchen, and a dining table make the two-story layout comfortable for up to six guests.
Guest Access:
Guests at Waikoloa Colony Villas enjoy access to the community's shared pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and fitness gym on golf course front grounds. Beach access is close by, with a private garage and beautifully landscaped surroundings throughout the complex.
The Neighborhood:
Waikoloa Colony Villas sits along the golf greens of Waikoloa Beach Resort on the sunny Kohala Coast. A-Bay is nearby for a swim, snorkeling, or an unhurried sunset, while Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace make it easy to pick up groceries, grab coffee, or go out to dinner. Lava fields and tide pools add character to the coastline beyond the resort paths. This is a comfortable area for families who want warm weather, beach access, and the option to keep the day simple.
Getting Around:
Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away, a straightforward drive down the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended since the coastal beaches, resort shopping, and dining are a short drive from this upcountry golf community. The village center offers a few walkable shops and eateries. Parking is typically available on site or in nearby lots without much hassle.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: an exterior painting project has started at Waikoloa Colony Villas and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take about two weeks to complete, with the entire property expected to take about one year. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
