Keep cool with a dip in the shared pool, or relax on any of the nearby lounge chairs while you wait for your grilled lunch to finish cooking. The condo also comes equipped with a variety of entertainment options, including a Nintendo Wii, board games, and a DVD library.

Walk to nearby local and national eateries or take a short drive south (to Ka'anapali) or north (to Kapalua) for an abundance of eating, shopping, and golfing options. Pack a picnic and head less than a mile south to S-Turns Beach for waves, sand, and picnic areas. You can also take a day trip to another island on Mokulele Airlines from nearby Kapalua airport.

We loved the location! Great for adults, not so safe for small children due to the sea wall. The location on the third floor felt like being on a cruise ship, because you're so close to the water you have to walk up to the window to see the grounds. Great for viewing turtles and whales.

The view was amazing. The home was clean upon arrival.
A few things: we didn’t have enough toilet paper for the entire stay and last view day of my stay is when we noticed roaches.

Great oceanfront location. Updated interior. The grounds and pool are very well maintained.
Why the low rating?
The condo had several problems. I had a phone conversation and sent several text messages with photos(as requested) to the management company. No maintenance workers came to condo to do repairs in 5 days.
-Front metal door doesn’t have a key to lock from outside
-Kitchen light over microwave is out
-Screen door to Lanai is off track
-Master bedroom mirrored closet closer to wall is off track
Maybe repairs will be completed before next guests.
