Located peacefully on Ocean Boulevard, just a few steps from the sea and the famous Cormier beach, this renovated house of 85 m² on a enclosed and secure plot of 450 m² has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The house comprises a comfortable living room with TV lounge area and wood-burning stove, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home: fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine. An independent toilet and a utility room with washing machine complete the ground floor.
On the sleeping side, the house has 3 bedrooms spread over two levels:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): suite with Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 (ground floor): suite with Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3 (first floor): 2 modular single beds (80x190)
You will be able to secure your bicycles on the land at the back of the house and park up to 3 cars on the property.
