This brand-new 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Sendera home has it all! Enjoy a luxurious Master en suite, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a spacious open kitchen/living area. Every room features an 86" TV for your entertainment. Heated Pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts available for your enjoyment! Located just off I-15, you'll be close to exploring St. George, Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, enjoying a show at the Tuacahn, and local shopping and dining. Be one of our first guests!
The space
Relax and have fun in this beautiful home with each room boasting a 85" TV. This amazing home makes for a rejuvenating and fun retreat for families and small or large groups. The home features a Master Ensuite plus 2 additional bedrooms with Queen bed, each with their own closet and ceiling fan.
Gather 'round in this open floor plan perfect for conversation and entertainment, complete with large 86" Smart TVs. High Speed WiFi throughout allows multiple devices to stream and zoom calls simultaneously. The dining table seats 6, with two additional bar chairs seated at the granite kitchen island. The well-equipped kitchen has every amenity you will need to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for a family.
Step out onto the patio to an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. Everything tastes better on a natural gas BBQ, and when you're done eating, relax with the beautiful views of Southern Utah. Your entire experience will make others want to be where you are!

We treat our guests like family, and this family loves adventure! We love Southern Utah and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do.
--> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.
