Apartment with a spacious terrace offering sea views. The location is conveniently situated close to the historic centre and the city’s lively seafront, both of which are within easy walking distance. The area is well connected to the main roads, leading in just a few minutes to the stunning beaches of Pittulongu and Le Saline. It also offers very quick access to both Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport and the city’s port.
The entrance to the property opens onto the living area, comprising an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a double sofa bed and a TV. From the entrance, you step out onto the terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying summer lunches and dinners. Moving further into the house, you’ll find the sleeping area, comprising a double bedroom. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bath. The house is set in a particularly pleasant natural setting, surrounded by typical Sardinian vegetation and an atmosphere of tranquillity and relaxation. Thanks to its favourable aspect, the rooms are very bright throughout the day and offer charming panoramic views.
