It is also a 5 minute drive to Saratoga Race Track and downtown. There is a bike and walking path that can be used from the condo to downtown Saratoga Springs if one wishes not to drive. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street with residents only traffic. The area is quiet and safe, yet close to everything.
This tranquil vacation rental features updated kitchen and open floor plan on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. Laundry room is located on the second floor. Cozy patio offers seating for two and a grill.
Kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Living room offers a reading nook with a beautiful morning sun. There is also a gas fire place for cold winter evenings.
In the summer months, guests have access to the outdoor pool on the grounds. Pool towels are provided and located in the laundry room.
