2. Respect for the premises

End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking.

However, we ask that you return the house in a clean and respectful condition.

Before you leave, please :

* wash and put away the dishes;
* empty the fridge of your food;
* deposit the bins in the containers provided;
* Do not leave any rubbish in the house or garden.

The cleaning included is normal maintenance after your stay. It does not include cleaning a house left in an excessive state of dirt. In this case, an additional cleaning fee may be requested.

3. Furniture

In order to preserve the premises and avoid any deterioration, the furniture must not be moved, with the exception of:

* of the indoor tables;
* outdoor tables.

If you move these tables, please return them to their original location before you leave.

4. Swimming pool

The pool is equipped with a safety alarm in accordance with the regulations.

* the alarm must be reactivated after each swim;
* children must remain under the constant supervision of an adult;

Swimming is the sole responsibility of the occupants. The owner cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with these instructions.

The Maison de la Paix is located in a quiet residential area.

We thank you for respecting the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood:

* no music at high volume;
* no shouting or noise pollution;
* Outside conversations must remain discreet in the evening.

Quiet must be observed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.PGJyPg�PGJyPgNoise pollution, even occasional noise, likely to disturb the peace of the neighborhood is prohibited.

The house is exclusively for resort and rest use.

Any breakage, damage or anomaly must be reported as soon as possible.

Before leaving the house, please do:

* take out the trash;
* turn off the air conditioning;

* return the moved tables to their original location;

14. Keys and power consumption

Any loss of keys or remote control will result in their replacement at the traveller's expense.

It is forbidden to charge an electric vehicle at the domestic sockets of the house without prior permission.
