Just 5 minutes from Lincolnville Beach and Camden Hills State Park, 15 min from Camden and 20 min from Belfast, this property offers convenient access to the best sites of Midcoast Maine. When you're done adventuring, unwind in this sunlit haven on our 26-acre homestead.
The tall, vaulted pine ceilings create a surprising sense of spaciousness for this second story apartment. Spread out and rejuvenate with your family through the accommodating living-dining room, full kitchen and two bedrooms. The bedrooms feature a queen bed and a bunk beds, respectively. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. The bathroom has a bathtub and full washer/drier. There are also toys, books, games and some workout equipment in the apartment to enjoy with your family.
Step outside to tour our garden or the trails that envelop this parcel of land just around the corner from Camden State Park. We are a bike ride away from Lincolnville Beach, Lake Megunticook, or Camden Hills hiking trails. We have a kayak and 5 stand-up paddle boards on the property that we're happy to loan - and even deliver- for an additional fee.
We/owners live on the property, in the main house that shares the driveway and parking with the listed apartment. This spacious apartment was renovated over our garage (which is just used for storage, not cars :) Although we are experienced hosts and have rented other properties short and long- term for almost a decade, this is our first season offering it to short term guests as a furnished rental.
We are a working homestead, so on any given day we may be working on projects or gardening. There is also a massage studio in the main house next door.
