The Stable Flat is a second-floor apartment consisting of two bedrooms, including a king-size and a double, alongside a sitting room with a Smart TV and two single sofa beds. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, as well as a separate cloakroom with WC. The property also offers a kitchen with an electric range cooker, oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, together with a dining room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is private driveway parking with EV charging available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A shop can be found within 4 miles and a pub within 0.7 miles. Enjoy a countryside stay at The Stable Flat, perfectly positioned for exploring Leicestershire.
