This home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The layout flows naturally toward the screened pool area and backyard, easily the star of the property.
Sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom: Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed
Maximum occupancy: 7 guests
Kitchen & dining:
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, coffee maker, plates, cups, and silverware.

The screened pool area is perfect for Florida living:

Bathroom: Bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap
Kitchen: Dish detergent, paper towels, cooking basics
Laundry: Laundry detergent (2 loads)
Beach: 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 cooler
If anything is missing or running low, please notify us right away so we can arrange restocking.
Other Things to Note:
🏊 Pool:
The pool is ground and solar heated. An electric pool heater is available for an additional $35 per day for the entire stay, please request in advance.
The pool is serviced weekly. After rain, debris may wash in and cause slight discoloration, this is temporary and normal.
🔥 BBQ grill and fire pit:
Propane is provided.
🌿 Sprinklers & maintenance:
Sprinklers run automatically at 5:00 AM every other day. Lawn and property maintenance may occur while the property is occupied, we appreciate your patience.
🐾 Pets:
Pets are welcome! We accommodate pets up to 60 lbs. A $150 fee per pet applies. Please clean up after your pets in the yard and outdoor areas.
🚗 Parking:
Up to 4 cars on the driveway. The garage is not available for guests use. RVs, vans, trailers, large or non-standard vehicles are strictly prohibited.
