The Living & Dining Area
The heart of the home is a sun-drenched, open-concept floor plan. Massive sliding glass doors disappear to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
Living Room: Featuring a 55" TV and a massive three-seater sofa (perfect for a sneaky afternoon nap).
Chef’s Kitchen: A dream for home and pro chefs alike. High-end 6-burner gas range, oversized island with seating for 4, and a fully stocked coffee/tea bar.
Dining: Elegant seating for 8 people.

The Theater: Movie night just got an upgrade. Settle into tiered seating to watch the 100” flat screen.
The Loft: Head upstairs to the second living area for a round of pool or to catch the game on the 55” TV.

Every bedroom in this house features an attached, private bathroom and TV.
Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite - Ground Floor): The ultimate retreat. King bed, 55" TV, and a massive walk-in closet containing its own washer/dryer. The spa-like bathroom features a garden soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 2, 3, & 4: Private secondary suites, each with a Queen bed and private attached bathroom. No bunk beds or "dorm-style" living here.
Bedroom 5: Spacious room with 2 Queen beds and a private attached bathroom—ideal for the kids or a group of friends.
Extra: A convenient half-bath is located downstairs near the entryway.

Laundry: Two units! One in the primary closet and a second full laundry room upstairs.
Guest Access
Secure self-check-in with custom codes changed for every guest. The home is equipped with exterior cameras and CO2/fire alarms for your peace of mind.
Note: This is a residential neighborhood. We welcome families and groups looking for a high-end experience, but please respect our neighbors regarding noise levels.
Guest access
All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except the utility room such as the pantry and two upstairs supply closet and any attics/mechanical rooms. The Outside, the Pool is open year round but is most comfortable March - October. Our home includes on-site parking via the garage and driveway, which can accommodate 6 vehicles. The city only permits street parking in front of our home. Parking in front of neighbors may result in fines and towing.
Other things to note
Please review the house rules prior to booking. We truly want each stay to be wonderful and breaking the house rules makes the stay stressful for everyone. We can accommodate small daytime events but loud parties will not be tolerated. Our team and neighbors work closely together to ensure both guest and community safety.
