Welcome to the Meerblickvilla Prinz Heinrich—more specifically, to the Molenblick apartment, a retreat for your vacation in Sassnitz. This 92-square-meter, non-smoking first-floor apartment, built in 2006, accommodates up to four people and skillfully combines comfort with an exceptionally beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
Step inside and feel right at home. The open-concept living area with kitchen forms the spacious centerpiece. Here, a cozy sofa area invites you to relax in front of the TV, while the fully equipped kitchen—featuring an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—leaves nothing to be desired. Of course, all kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and dish towels are provided for your convenience. From the adjoining balcony, you can fully enjoy your ocean view while sipping a cup of coffee.
Two separate bedrooms ensure restful nights and offer flexible sleeping arrangements for four guests. Bedding, towels, and basic toiletries are provided for you. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. The entire property is heated and equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected at all times.
The villa’s location in the town of Sassnitz is both central and by the sea. The sandy beach is 6,000 meters away, but the sea is just 500 meters away, offering a constant view of the ocean. The immediate proximity to the water and the view of the pier make your stay particularly appealing.
