Its location is a major advantage: direct ski-in/ski-out access, the ESF ski school meeting point at the foot of the residence, and shops and restaurants nearby. Two covered parking spaces are available at the residence, together with a ski locker on the 3rd floor.
Ideal for 8 guests and accommodating up to 10 people, the apartment offers:
1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm queen-size bed and balcony access;
2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds;
1 cabin-style bedroom with 2 single beds;
1 double sofa bed for 2 additional guests.
A family favourite is the children's secret cabin. This unusual bedroom has its own TV, DVD player, films, board games and books, giving younger guests their own cosy hideaway after skiing.
The comfortable living area includes a dining space and an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, De’Longhi bean-to-cup coffee machine, raclette machine and hot-stone cooking equipment.
The apartment also features 2 south-west-facing balconies with mountain views, one bathroom, one shower room, 2 toilets and a washing machine.
Bed linen and bath towels are included, and the beds are made before your arrival.
There is no permanent Wi-Fi in the apartment. MCS Immobilier offers a portable very-high-speed Wi-Fi device for €39 per week.
