This stunning newly renovated oceanfront condo offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the bay, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends alike. With a spacious layout that includes a comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom features a large picture window and sliding glass door to maximize the beach and ocean views, Enjoy the convenience of modern amenities such as central AC, WiFi, and a full size washer/dryer, the entire unit utilizes a water softener system, additionally a reverse osmosis water filter is provided for drinking water ensuring pure water for your consumption throughout your vacation. Two assigned parking places are provided for the unit.
Step outside onto your private balcony where you can soak in the sun with ocean views. The condo complex features an indoor heated indoor pool and a hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. With easy access to the beach, you can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or exploring the local attractions.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
The building complex is secured by several cameras, including a camera outside the condo's entrance. This will help keep us all secure.
