You’re welcome to use all areas of the apartment, both indoors and outdoors.

If you have any questions or issues, you can reach me anytime via Airbnb, and I’ll get back to you quickly.
Since penthouses in Athens were originally used as storage spaces, the elevators were unfortunately built only up to the second-to-last floor; therefore, from there you’ll need to take the last few steps to the top floor.
The language school is used mainly on weekends, which is why the elevator runs more frequently than usual in the morning and there may be a bit of noise.
In the summer, it can get a bit noisier due to the lively square. Don’t let that bother you, though—just enjoy the hustle and bustle!
The apartment is located in an urban building that also houses a language school and a print shop. To protect the property, security cameras have been installed in the hallways and outside. A roll-up gate is lowered in the evenings, but you’ll receive a remote control for it at check-in.
Dear guests, please note that in Greece, a government climate tax is charged in addition to the booking price:
☀️ High season: 8 € per night (April through October)
🌿 Low season: 2 € per night (November through March)
Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to welcoming you soon! 😊
