50 Boisabeau is a charming holiday cottage in a detached house, located in a quiet village, 6 km from Nort-sur-Erdre and the Nantes-Brest Canal, 22 km from Lake Vioreau (water sports and swimming in summer), and 28 km from Nantes.
Private parking is available on the property.
There is a sheltered wooden terrace and a 300 m² private, unfenced garden (west-facing - part of which is shared with the owners).
Ground floor: living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen and cathedral ceiling, one bedroom (queen-size bed) with an en-suite shower room accessible from the bedroom, and a separate WC.
First floor: spacious attic bedroom (two queen-size beds) and a mezzanine.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot/high chair.
Included: electricity, geothermal heating, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels, and household linen. Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€65) and tourist tax.
