Located in the northern Médoc region, at the entrance to the village of Vensac, less than 10 kilometers from the nearest ocean beaches, this detached, single-story house boasts a large, enclosed garden of 2600 m². You'll enjoy relaxing in the shade of the majestic oak tree, the master of the estate, cooling off in the large private saltwater swimming pool (5x10m), and sharing pleasant moments with family and friends in the various outdoor spaces at your disposal: a patio and summer kitchen with a gas barbecue, and terraces. The fully enclosed property allows for parking several vehicles and provides ample space for your pet. The regional-style house has been recently renovated using traditional and eco-friendly materials, and furnished wherever possible with recycled elements, while prioritizing both aesthetics and practicality. It comprises a large, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, a veranda, an entrance hall, three bedrooms (two 160x200 cm beds and two 80x190 cm beds that can be joined together), two bathrooms with shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. All living areas and bedrooms open directly onto the outside. The rental price includes bed linen, table linen, and towels. End-of-stay cleaning is available (optional, at an additional cost). Pets are welcome under the following conditions: a supplement of €15 per day per pet, an additional security deposit of €150, restricted access to the veranda, and the surrounding area must be kept clean.
