The house is situated in a quiet, predominantly residential part of Upper Woodstock, offering you the perfect combination of seclusion and convenient access. You’ll enjoy a relaxed and private stay, while still being able to quickly reach Cape Town’s main attractions.
The complete renovation was completed in April 2026. Since then, the townhouse has impressed with its clean, modern interiors, high-quality materials, and a well-thought-out floor plan.
The house is ideal for up to two people and offers plenty of space across approximately 100 m², as well as a particularly pleasant indoor-outdoor living experience.
