The Cocoonr agency is offering this 28 m² flat for rent in Agde, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave and a hob...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and a view of the pine forest
- A shower room with a shower and toilet
Outside:
- A 6m² terrace with a sea view, facing south-east and equipped with outdoor furniture so you can make the most of sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Agde, in a very pleasant setting, right on the waterfront facing the mouth of the Hérault and its natural harbour for yachts and fishing boats, complete with its fish market.
Tamarisière beach is a 400-metre walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery shop within walking distance.
You can cross the Hérault and head to Grau d’Agde without needing to take your car.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in one of the residence’s private parking spaces.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Agde railway station is 4 km away
- Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport is 11 km away

- One small pet permitted – subject to a supplement of €15 per stay. Please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
