The town center begins at Rue des Bains. This street connects the authentic fishing port of Trouville with the seaside resort of Trouville by the beach.
The apartment is located right on the beach, in the heart of the resort’s bustling life.
Trouville-sur-Mer has managed to preserve its small-fishing-village charm. As towns grow and become more vibrant, they sometimes lose a bit of their identity and charm. But Trouville has managed to combine youth and vitality with its warm and authentic spirit.
A lively neighborhood steeped in history
Rue des Bains is the heart of the town. It’s a small, mostly pedestrian street lined with cafés, restaurants, and various small shops. A lively street where you can relax, stroll, and celebrate. Amid the bars and restaurants: shops selling regional products, wine cellars, as well as small boutiques offering clothing, jewelry, home decor, art, and antiques. This diversity reflects the blend of the resort’s history and the neighborhood’s energy.
Savignac’s murals, art galleries, and art dealers—who also offer workshops—evoke Trouville’s past and the artistic spirit that still permeates the area.
Add to that a few cobblestone streets, charming architecture featuring fishermen’s cottages, and the sound of seagulls playing nearby on the beach… And you’ll experience the warm atmosphere that defines Trouville-sur-Mer.
