Our cozy little house is perfect for enjoying life in a small beach town. It’s located in the center of Vilanova, just a few minutes from the promenade and the train station. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are nearby, and it’s a 15-minute walk to the beach. It features a living-dining room with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two overlook the garden and one faces inward, but all are well-ventilated and very comfortable to sleep in), a bathroom, a laundry room, a half-bath, a terrace, parking, and a private garden.

Vilanova is a town on the Costa Dorada located 45 km from downtown Barcelona (40 minutes by train—30 minutes by car) and is directly connected by train or bus to the airport (Barcelona, El Prat).
One of the most popular towns in the area is Sitges (7 km away, a 10-minute drive, and one train stop)
The house has private parking, and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. Trains run every 10–15 minutes to downtown Barcelona. And to get to Port Aventura, trains run every 30–40 minutes.
