This villa is located in the Plemmirio region, within a marine nature reserve about 13–15 km from Syracuse and Ortigia. The sea is about a 600-meter walk away, across a small, quiet road. The nearest access points are rocky, not always easy to navigate, but very beautiful. About 1 km away is a beach equipped on the rocks with a summer restaurant. Less than 1 km away are two small shops and a bakery-pizzeria.



From here, you can explore the Plemmirio Nature Reserve, take a walk to the lighthouse, or drive a few kilometers to a sandy beach. Syracuse and Ortigia are about 13–15 km away: close enough for a day trip, yet far enough to make the reserve feel like a world of its own.
