The Blue Horizon is located in Trsteno. This multi-story house offers breathtaking views, plenty of outdoor space, and all the comforts you could wish for. With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a guest restroom, this property is ideal for a group of 6 to 10 guests.
Upper Level - Bird's-eye view
When you step through the front door of Blue Horizon, you’ll be greeted by a spectacular living area with a view., When you step out onto the balcony through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, you’ll quickly understand how this house got its name. Before you lies the breathtaking blue of the Adriatic Sea, a view of the nearby islands, and the swaying treetops of the arboretum.
This attic living room is the perfect gathering place and features air conditioning, plenty of seating, a 65-inch smart TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a workspace, a storage room, and a full bathroom. The fireplace can add to the cozy atmosphere. You’ll find books, playing cards, and binoculars for relaxing evenings. We highly recommend stargazing or birdwatching! This floor was also designed to serve as additional sleeping space for two people, with a sleeper sofa and a single bed.
Middle Level - Serenity Suite
The north-facing bedroom suite truly lives up to its name! It’s the quietest room in the house, so if you’re sensitive to noise and long for restful peace and quiet, we recommend you make this oasis your home away from home. Thanks to its location, this suite stays particularly cool and comfortable during the warmer months.
The Serenity Room is warmly and invitingly furnished and features a European king-size bed, nightstands, a shoe cabinet, a built-in closet, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a single sink. It also offers private access to a small, secluded terrace.
Balcony Suite
The Balcony Suite offers ocean views and the enchanting scent of the citrus tree that adorns the terrace below. The balcony extends the full length of the room and is accessible through two glass doors.
The fresh colors and bedding invite you to take a deep breath and relax as you sink comfortably into the California king-size bed. This spacious room is fully equipped with dressers, a shoe cabinet, a built-in closet, a vanity, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a large glass shower and double sinks.
Terrace Level - Living & Dining
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a dining room with a bar and a wine cooler. There is also a convenient guest restroom on this level.
The modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare, cook, and serve delicious meals. You’ll find all the essential appliances (including a microwave, oven, and dishwasher) as well as amenities such as a blender, coffee maker, and ice maker. Thanks to the central kitchen island, there’s plenty of counter space.
The dining table comfortably seats eight people, and the living room sofa can accommodate two additional guests for sleeping if needed. Just like upstairs, you’ll have full access to air conditioning, a TV, and streaming services via a 45-inch smart TV.
Outdoor Area
Once you’ve made yourself comfortable, you won’t want to leave this idyllic patio. A shaded dining table invites you to enjoy breakfast to the sound of birdsong or a glass of wine under the starry sky. This property is a multi-story house that you’ll need to reach via a cobblestone path with steps, and you’ll need to use those same steps to return to the parking lot or the rest of the village.
The house has a narrow but well-lit staircase with a handrail, and the upper floors can only be accessed via steps.
