O apartamento possui uma ótima localização. Além disso, tem todos os itens básicos para uma boa estádia. O local estava limpo e possuia inclusive alguns itens como café, açucar, creme dental, o que facilita quem chega na correria.
O ponto de melhoria é colocar um espelho no quarto, só possui um pequeno no banheiro, seria ótimo. Além disso, colocar ganchos para toalha no banheiro, não tem onde colocar quando vamos tomar banho.
