It's a nice one-bedroom apartment in a new complex, with good location oposite the beach and comfortable bed and sofa and quite spacious, with large balcony.

The apartment is not the one in the pictures, but a similar one. The cleanliness was not the best, the bedsheets were stained and there were crumbles all over the sofa, while in the bathroom there is a constant ugly sewage smell (apt.140). We asked to have the sofa bed prepared, it didn't happen. There's no seaview, no private parking but free parking on the street. You need bracelets to access the building's pools, but since the checkout is at 11 am you need to return the bracelets and thus you can't enjoy the pool on the last day. Also, there's only one air conditioning in the living room which normally should suffice, but if one wants to sleep in the bedroom with the door closed then there wouldn't be any AC for them. The walls are paper thin and you feel like neighbours are entering your apartment instead of theirs.
