The holiday house is located in a quiet area, near Ičići, surrounded by greenery.Although only the ground floor and a complete terrace with a garden are available, guests have complete privacy as no one else is staying in the house.The house has 3 modern bedrooms. Of these, 2 rooms have a double bed, the third room has two single beds. One room has direct access to the terrace and pool and a beautiful sea view.The bedrooms are equipped with spacious closets, air conditioning and satellite TV.Guests have at their disposal two bathrooms with shower / WC. One bathroom has a particularly large and modern shower and washing machine.The living room, kitchen and dining room have air conditioning. The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can enjoy cooking your favorite dishes. The living room has direct access to the pool and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the islands of Krk and Cres.The house has its own spacious pool with space for sunbathing and relaxing. The pool has an area of 30 m2 and is turquoise. The pool consists of a part for swimming and a part for relaxation and rest. The part for relaxation is called the beach and in that part adults can relax in the shallows and children can play carefree.The pool has a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Krk and Cres. Below the pool there is another terrace, stone barbecue and garden.The terrace is covered with vines that provide beautiful shade. Protected from the sun, you can relax, read a favorite book and watch the children play. The whole garden is fenced and behind the house there are 2 more parking spaces. The owners live in the house next door and are at your disposal at any time if you want. The holiday house is an oasis of relaxation and will provide you with a dream vacation for which you will be happy to return.
