Like being at home in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy with a window on the splendid Aniene Valley. The house is very welcoming with the possibility of using large outdoor spaces, the swimming pool with salt water, a large terrace with solarium and garden for the exclusive use of the house.

We loved our stay in Canterano. The house was amazing and the hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. On arrival they had drinks and delicious food waiting for us and were great providing information on what to do. The view from the house was spectacular and the pool was fantastic. A peaceful place to escape the crowds of Rome. Totally recommend.

Nach einer langen (und verkehrsbedingt abenteuerlichen) Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen, obwohl es bereits nach Mitternacht war!
Wir waren noch nie in einem Ferienhaus, das so sauber und gepflegt war und mit soviel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet war,
Die Vermieter waren sehr diskret jedoch zugleich auch sehr hilfsbereit und sehr aufgeschlossen.
Eigentlich mögen wir Hunde nicht so gern, Lillo jedoch ist ein äußerst braver und lieber Hund, den wir alle sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.
Der Pool und das gesamte Anwesen waren stets in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.
Zusammenfassend: wir vergeben 10 von 10 Punkten - 5 sind hier definitiv zu wenig!

An absolutely wonderful holiday and couldn't recommend more highly. The two hosts are absolutely lovely and make a serious effort to ensure that you are happy and comfortable. We were greeted with a wonderful tray of aperitif's and cold drinks and a lovely tour of the place.
In our stay, Luigia cooked an authentic Italian meal for us which was to die for.
Canterano is located approximately 50 mins from Rome in a beautiful mountainous valley and a wonderful church. Hire car is absolutely necessary to access the many supermarkets and restaurants in Subiaco, which is about 5km's away.
The villa is located with a fantastic view and is adjoined with Luigia and Orlando's lovely house. There is a private veranda up the top or 'solarium' with sun loungers and table underneath a fold-able umbrella.
The rooms are lovely and comfortable with everything needed and the house has a laundry for any washing needed.
Finally, the owners have a lovely golden labrador called Lelo who is extremely friendly and is always happy to see you.
