I arrived at the hotel at midnight after a long drive so I was rather tired. Due to a technical problem the reception was unable to open the door of the room for some 30' min and I had to wait patiently in the corridor with my luggage. However, they were extremely professionals: due to the discomfort I had, they offered me a complementary stay at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by this gesture which made the difference between a good and a high quality service. Congrats to the management.
