Designed for comfortable extended stays, the apartment features a queen bed, TV, dedicated workspace, well-equipped kitchenette, generous closet space, and a full bathroom. Whether you're working remotely or exploring the city, you'll have everything you need to settle in with ease.
Located in the heart of South Harlem, you'll experience one of Manhattan's most vibrant residential neighborhoods, known for its iconic brownstones, tree-lined streets, and rich cultural heritage. Spend your days exploring nearby cafés, acclaimed restaurants, neighborhood parks, and local boutiques, or take advantage of convenient subway access for easy connections to Central Park, Midtown, and the rest of New York City. Combining neighborhood charm with everyday convenience, this studio offers an ideal home base for experiencing the city like a local.
The Neighborhood:
South Harlem is one of Manhattan’s most vibrant and culturally rich neighborhoods. Just steps from Central Park, the area offers easy access to scenic walking paths, historic brownstone streets, and a growing dining scene. Guests can explore beloved local spots like Sylvia’s Restaurant, Red Rooster, and Marcus Garvey Park, while nearby subway lines make it easy to reach Midtown, the Upper East Side, and the rest of New York City.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Please note that this property does not include a washer or dryer. Several local laundromats and laundry services are available nearby.
Security deposit
Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
