It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 50 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time. This new home offers a split floor plan with three of the four bedrooms being on the left side of the home sharing two bathrooms and the main king bedroom taking the right wing of the home, split in the middle by the living space, kitchen, and dining.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and large center island offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
