Summary:
This stylish home has complete privacy with no neighbors to one side or to the back of the home. Soak in the hot spa and enjoy the sunrise with Mountain Views from the backyard or turn on the propane fire pit in front of the home with full strip views! There is new tile flooring in all the bedrooms so no carpet throughout the home! Take a stroll less then a mile away to enjoy downtown Henderson area -Water Street District- with casinos, restaurants and bars! Or just 20 min drive to the strip!
The Space:
This single story home features a backyard that is massive with large covered patio, spa underneath a wooden pergola, turf areas, comfy lounge chairs, corn hole, large propane BBQ, and fire pit overlooking the strip view! Tons of space to sprawl out and hang out! Indoors is completely remodeled from top to bottom featuring modern stylish finishes with a luxury rain shower head in each bathroom. It has a 55" Smart TV and foosball table. Three full size bathrooms with hair dryers makes it comfortable even when you have the maximum occupancy of 10 guests! Laundry room with full size washer/dryer and iron/ironing board is provided. Full kitchen includes dishes, wine glasses, pots/pans, rice cooker, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee Machine with k-cups provided, and much more!
Spa heat is complimentary and easy to use. The pool does not have the capability of being heated.
Please note that this home has a pool alarm on sliding doors for children’s safety.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home including private pool/spa and laundry room. There is no access to the garage. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Only 1 mile away you will find Target, Walmart, Albertsons grocery store, Starbucks, and many other restaurants, and gas stations. Only 20 min drive to the south end of the Las Vegas strip and Harry Reid International Airport. Great location for everything you need!
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. There are about 5 driveway parking spots available and you can park directly in front of the home on the street. No parking is allowed in front of neighbor’s homes. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.
Other Things to Note:
The bath towels provided can also be used for pool towels. However, if you want separate pool towels we recommend you bringing your own.
