This cheerful home has a spacious backyard to relax outdoors by the pool, enjoy a BBQ dinner or soak in the hot tub! The home is completely remodeled throughout including the kitchen and bathrooms. It features 2 brand new Samsung smart TVs in the living room and primary bedroom. It is centrally located only 4 miles from the strip and 1 mile away from Target, Walmart, Sprouts Farmers Market and an abundance of delicious and local restaurant favorites on Spring Mountain Road and surrounding areas!



The Space:

Guests have access to the entire home including private pool/spa, garage and laundry room. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.



There is plenty of seating in the dining room that seats 8ppl and the living room that boasts vaulted ceilings, recliner section on the sofa, one section of foosball table and desk/office chair for work/study. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer and iron/ironing board is provided. Full kitchen includes dishes, wine glasses, pots/pans, Keurig Coffee Machine, blender, toaster and much more! Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Hair Dryers are also available in each bathroom. Thanks



Have the convenience of heating up the spa and turning on the jets by remote control at your fingertips! Heating the spa is included in your stay. Heating the pool is $150 for the first day and $50 for each consecutive day (need advance notice - it takes 24 hours to get up to temp and you don’t need to heat all days of your stay).

Guest Access:

This is a completely private home. There will be no one else staying anywhere on property with you.



The Neighborhood:

Only 1-2 miles away you will find Sams Club, Walmart, Sprouts Farmers Market, coffee shops, banks, post office, and lots of restaurants from fast food to fine dining! It’s only 4 miles to the strip and 7 miles to the Harry Reid International Airport. Great central location for everything you need!!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft is readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. 2 Driveway parking spots are available and also garage parking. No parking is allowed in front of neighbor’s homes. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.



Other Things to Note:

Please note there is only one security camera in front of the home. There are no cameras in the backyard nor inside the home at all.



The bath towels provided can also be used for pool towels. However, if you want separate pool towels we recommend you bringing your own.
