Some trips call for everyone under one roof, and some call for a little breathing room — Twin Tides gives you both. This side-by-side duplex pairs two six-bedroom homes, High Tide and Low Tide, into one coastal retreat with room to spread out: extended families, old friends reuniting, a wedding party that wants to wake up in the same place. Each home keeps its own private entrance, full kitchen, and laundry, so you get the closeness of a shared getaway without anyone tripping over the coffee maker.

Inside, the look is easy and current — chic coastal decor, plenty of natural light, and comfortable living rooms made for sinking in after a day in the sun. The kitchens come fully stocked, with island counters and barstool seating that pull double duty as the spot for morning coffee and late-night card games. (Board games are tucked away in both homes for exactly that reason.) Across the two units you'll find a mix of king suites with ensuite baths, queen rooms, and a bunk room for the kids, sleeping up to 26 across twelve bedrooms.

The real gathering place is out back. A large patio wraps around a private pool, with shaded corners for anyone who's had enough sun and a hot tub for winding down once the kids are asleep. And that walk really is short. You're about a block from the sugar-white sand of Panama City Beach, on the quieter east end of the peninsula where the Gulf of Mexico and the Grand Lagoon nearly meet. St. Andrews State Park sits just down the road, with nature trails, calm-water swimming, and the ferry out to Shell Island — a stretch of undeveloped barrier island where dolphin sightings are part of the trip. The Grand Lagoon marinas put fishing charters and boat rentals within easy reach, and you're a quick drive from the shops, restaurants, and family attractions around Pier Park. Whether the plan is a full beach day or a slow morning by the pool, Twin Tides leaves room for both.

- Exterior Security Cameras: For the safety and security of all guests, this property has exterior security cameras. These are located outside the home and monitor outdoor areas only — there are no cameras inside either unit or in any private spaces. Cameras are not located in areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Driveway parking is available for up to 8 vehicles total, with 4 spaces per home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
