It features three cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. The ground floor includes a living room with an L-shaped couch, a TV with German channels, a CD/DVD player, and a radio, as well as an internet connection and a fireplace. The dining area contains a table with chairs and a bench, complemented by a pellet stove. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a stove with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, an extractor hood, a fridge/freezer combination, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Two bathrooms are available: one on the ground floor with a shower and WC, and another upstairs with a bathtub and WC. A washing machine is located in the basement. Electric heating is provided for additional warmth.
