The spacious kitchen is well-equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, and cooking island, seamlessly connecting to the dining area with a large table. The bathroom includes underfloor heating, a WC, shower, and whirlpool bath. A communal rowing boat is available from June to September, free of charge. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited indoors. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen.
