This hotel should be ashamed of how it treats its paying guests. Yes, the rooms are new and well-maintained, but that is where the positives end. The entire night was ruined by a group of drunk, unruly guests who turned the hotel into a nightclub. They were screaming, blasting loud music, running through the corridors, and banging on guests' doors well into the night. Sleeping was simply impossible. The most appalling part was the staff's response. I reported the disturbance, expecting immediate action. Instead, I was casually told that they "didn't hear anything." That answer was beyond ridiculous. Either the staff deliberately ignored the chaos, or they were completely absent from their responsibilities. Both are unacceptable. A hotel is not just about comfortable rooms—it is about providing a safe, peaceful environment where guests can rest. If management cannot control a handful of drunken troublemakers or refuses to acknowledge legitimate complaints, then they have failed at the most basic responsibility of running a hotel. Paying guests should not have to spend the night listening to shouting, loud music, and people banging on their doors while the staff pretend nothing is happening. This level of negligence is inexcusable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. A beautiful room is worthless when the management allows complete chaos to take over and then refuses to accept any responsibility. Until the management learns to prioritize the safety, comfort, and peace of its guests over avoiding confrontation with disruptive people, this hotel does not deserve anyone's hard-earned money.
