It was very Nice, clean. it is like 5 minutes from Mall Road. But location is little inside, hard to find at first time. Rooms are kind of Small. I liked the stay. Worth it for the money.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel booked through Agoda. I paid almost ₹8,000 for two nights, but the location was extremely inconvenient, with a steep climb and a poorly maintained road. The room was shockingly small, barely large enough for two pieces of luggage, and extremely dirty. There were hairs on the bed, stains in the toilet, chewing gum in the bathroom, and a faulty electric kettle.
Despite repeatedly requesting room cleaning and basic services, we had to call the staff multiple times for even simple necessities. The room looked nothing like the attractive, AI-enhanced pictures shown on Agoda. For the price charged, the room was nowhere near worth it.
I informed the manager about these issues. To be fair, Vikas, the manager, was very polite and cooperative, but the overall hotel experience was pathetic. Agoda charged a premium price but delivered poor accommodation, bad cleanliness, and an inconvenient location. This is not about the season; customers deserve decent rooms and basic services regardless of when they book.
I am extremely disappointed with Agoda and would hesitate to book through this platform again. The experience felt misleading and completely not worth the money.
