We use an easy process for your ID verification, & security hold just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Truvi. You will have the option of a simple security hold or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee.
