    The stay was wonderful, room was very clean and spacious. It is the family owned hotel, the owner was wonderful and really sweet. He took care of us very well. The breakfast was awesome. We stayed for three nights and would definitely recommend.

    Had a great time here. Service is top notch and the people are very nice. As we’ve traveled with both seniors and a kid, we had a handful of requests which they gladly accommodated. They also have a space for artwork creating which is open to everyone. We’ll definitely book here again in case we’ll visit Ninh Binh in the future.

    Hieu designed and built the house himself. Exceptional person, exceptional taste. He was there waiting at the gate himself when we arrive, and helped us with luggage and introduced to our room. We were charmed by his beautiful 4 storey villa with great taste in little details both in regards to decoration (love all the wood elements he put in the building) and room facility. This is the best stay we had in Hanoi, would equal a 4.5 star hotel in metropolitan area( where many 4 star hotel there feels more like 3) We had home made bun cha for breakfast which is way above the standard we had in Hanoi City. So Yummy and fresh! Hieu’s wife is an artist so there’s an area in the lobby you could paint. The wall is decorated with her paintings. I did one myself which is free. Bike renting is free. And when we leave, Hieu gave us a gift package with local biscuits and water. I wanna support this guy a bit more, but he gave most of service for free. He said the security here is very good people are all very kind. I can see this clearly from himself. Blessed to be able staying with Artlua. It’s good for the soul.

    Singaporean couple. I am very particular about cleanliness and this homestay/hotel has met my standard. Environment, bed, toilet is very clean. Is it located within their neighborhood, a very quiet & peaceful neighborhood. 5mins stroll to the Main Street and yet you get to enjoy the serenity. Is it very easy to travel to the nearby attractions via motorbike or bicycle. Host even on the aircon before our arrival!! I will strongly recommend this hotel!
