Are you looking for peace and quiet, nature, and a spot near the water? Our gorgeous vacation home in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District offers you the perfect escape from everyday life. The house is located in the idyllic little village of Kützerhof and is only about 2 kilometers from the beautiful Lake Kummerow. A special highlight: The entire house, including the property, is available for your exclusive use during your stay—for maximum privacy and relaxation.
Our vacation home features approximately 100 m² of living space on a single level on the first floor. It includes a combined living and sleeping area (1 double bed), a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet, and a separate bedroom (1 double bed). If needed, we can also provide a baby/toddler bed (up to age 4).
The combined living and sleeping area is equipped with a TV.
The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso capsule machine, and many kitchen gadgets, both large and small.
A large floor-to-ceiling window floods the entire kitchen with light. There is also direct access to the terrace, which is equipped with a fabric awning.
Free Wi-Fi is available via fiber-optic connection.
The entire property covers a total area of approximately 3,000 square meters—mostly lawns and trees—ideal for nature lovers.
There are two wooded areas in the immediate vicinity that are perfect for hiking. “Kummerower See” is about 2 km away and can also be reached on foot via a small access road. The “Aalbude” provides access from the “Peene” River to “Kummerower See” for many boats and water sports enthusiasts and is a true recreational area. You can cross the “Peene” River by ferry (passenger and bicycle ferry only).
The small village of Verchen is about 1 km away. It’s in a fantastic location, right on the lake. Swimming is available there.
The towns of Dargun and Neukalen are just a few kilometers away and offer shopping and dining options.
The entire Mecklenburg Lake District is ideal for exploring by bike.
