    My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Suites Casa Colibrí in Mindo. From before we arrived through after checkout, the level of personal attention and hospitality was exceptional. Mariela was especially helpful, communicating with us via WhatsApp before, during, and after our stay. She made coordinating breakfast easy, offered to arrange a time for us to enjoy the beautiful hot tub, and was consistently responsive and welcoming. When we arrived in pouring rain, Sara kindly helped carry our luggage from the car to our room. She was warm, pleasant, and very helpful as she showed us around and explained the room’s amenities. That thoughtful welcome made a real impression after a wet arrival. We also greatly appreciated the daily housekeeping, which felt like a genuine above-and-beyond touch. The accommodations were lovely, the hot tub was beautiful, and the location was very convenient—just down the road from downtown Mindo, with easy access to the town’s restaurants, shops, and activities. The service from both Mariela and Sara made us feel truly cared for. We highly recommend Suites Casa Colibrí to anyone visiting Mindo and would happily stay there again.
