    For the price of ₱4,400, I honestly expected a better overall experience. Before our stay, I requested a simple birthday and anniversary surprise setup, and the resort acknowledged my request. However, upon arrival, nothing was prepared. When I followed up with the staff, I was told that the request had not been properly turned over, which was disappointing because it was a special occasion for us. The resort was quiet, and although we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the service could have been better. We woke up at around 7:40 AM and noticed that there was no staff at the front desk. We had to wait until around 8:00 AM before someone arrived to ask about our breakfast. Since we were with our young child who needed to eat, we decided to go outside instead. Unfortunately, our breakfast was only delivered when we returned at around 9:00 AM. On a positive note, the female staff member we encountered was kind, approachable, and accommodating. We appreciated her attitude, but overall, the experience did not meet our expectations for the price we paid. I hope the management improves staff coordination, breakfast service, and attention to special requests to provide guests with a better experience.

    Our family stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to Panglao and overall, it was a pleasant resort to stay at but we had a couple of problems during our stay. First, the bathroom drainage was not working well, and there were hairs all over the drainage when we first entered the room. Second, I don't think the horsepower of the ac unit is suitable for the size of our room. It needs a full night to get the room cold. Third, there were no hangers provided which made it hard to store clothes in the closet. Fourth, there were no elevators available. We had to carry our luggage going to the second floor. Although there were minor problems faced during our stay, overall, Khami House Resort was a nice play to stay. The beds were comfortable, the wireless charging bedside table and Alex was also working, the pool is clean as well, and the staff were very accommodating. Watch out for the early check-in service since the resort charges P200/hour for early check-in. Location wise, a bit far from the main road where restaurants are located but these are easily accessible via Maxim.

    The hotel is new and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you like smart rooms and modern technology, this hotel is a good choice, as everything can be controlled through a smart application. The hotel is not very big, which I actually found to be an advantage, especially for families with children. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the overall atmosphere.
